Walk-In Cooler & Freezer Repair
Iced-up evaporator coils, failed defrost timers, short-cycling compressors and door gaskets that stopped sealing months ago.
Walk-ins, coolers and ice — back on temperature by morning
❄️ 24-hour service · Restaurants · C-stores · OKC
Walk-ins, reach-ins, prep tables and ice machines. If it has to hold temperature, we keep it there — and we answer at two in the morning.

What we service
Quoted before the wrench comes out. The after-hours rate is flat and you hear it on the phone, not on the invoice.
Iced-up evaporator coils, failed defrost timers, short-cycling compressors and door gaskets that stopped sealing months ago.
Product starts going off within hours. We answer nights, weekends and holidays, and the van carries the common contactors and relays.
Oklahoma water scales a machine fast. Full teardown, descale, sanitize, and a check on the filter and the harvest cycle.
Door gaskets, dirty condensers, expansion valves and thermostats on the line equipment that runs all service.
Recovered, replaced, evacuated to a proper micron level and charged by weight. Not topped off and hoped for.
Quarterly coil cleaning, gasket checks and temperature logging — the paperwork your health inspector asks for anyway.
Last night's call
The most recent box we got back on temperature — what failed and how long it took. Posted most weeks, straight off the call sheet.

The work
Shot on real service calls. Nothing in here is warm.

Who's on the call
Coldpoint started in 2013 with one van and a number handed out to four restaurants on Western Avenue. Word got around for a boring reason: we picked up the phone.
Commercial refrigeration is a different animal from home air conditioning. A cooler down at midnight is thousands of dollars of product on a clock, and everybody standing in that kitchen knows it. That's why our first question is always what's in the box.
Why Coldpoint
The repair is the easy part. Getting there before the product turns is the job.
Nights, weekends and holidays. Cooler failures don't keep business hours.
Contactors, relays, fan motors and gasket stock. Most calls end without a second trip.
Written readings after every visit — the record an inspector will ask you for.
Evacuated to a proper micron level and charged by weight. Guessing is why it fails again in June.
Get it back on temperature
Current temperature, what it should be, and how long it's been climbing. That usually tells us whether it's a defrost problem or a charge problem before we roll a van.
Contact
Call, don't email. If product is at risk we'll talk you through holding it while we're on the way.
